Burl Abbott

Burl Abbott, 55, of Chillicothe, died on April 21, 2015 at his home.  He was born on January 24, 1960 to Burl and Sarah (Parrott) Abbott.  He is survived by his mother, Sarah; wife, Tina; son, Derick Parsons; grandchildren, Derick, Jr. and Keygun; sister, Anna (Danny) Horsley; brother, Ben (Mary Alley) Abbott; step-son, Josh (Debra) Norris; step-grandson, Carter; nephews, Dan Horsley and Benny Abbott; and great nieces and nephews, Blake Horsley, Nevaeh Brown, Serenity Horsley, and Madison Allen.

Burl was predeceased by his father, Burl; brother, Luther Abbott and nephew, Kyle Horsley.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston.  Burial will follow in the Londonderry Cemetery.  Friends may call at Hill's on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m.
