Beulah C. Woods

Beulah C. Woods, 86, of Chillicothe, departed from this life on March 27, 2017, at Four Seasons Nursing Home, Washington Court House, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 3, 1930, the daughter of the late Samuel and Goldie (Miller) Carroll. On September 22, 1948, she united in marriage with her loving husband, Leonard E. Woods, who preceded her in death in 2006.

She was also preceded in death by her 3 sisters and 1 grandson. She is survived by her son, Keith (Sara) Woods; daughters, Alice Ingram and Mary Woods; 8 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. Beulah retired from Adena Regional Medical Center in 1995 after working countless years as a nurse's aid in the labor and delivery department, which she loved dearly.

Private graveside services will be held at the family's convenience with Rev. Aaron Hines officiating at Salem White Church Cemetery. There will be no public calling hours.
