Bernard Leroy Kirk
Bernard Leroy Kirk, 84, of Kingston, entered into Heaven on September 9, 2025 at his residence on his family farm surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was born on July 3, 1941, in Chillicothe, the son of the late Elize Leroy and Norma Jean (Graves) Kirk. Bernard is also survived by his son, Todd (Tammy) Kirk; grandson, Todd Allen Kirk Jr.; step-grandchildren, Dylan (Stephanie) Havens and Miranda (Casey) Wilson; sister-in-law, Sue Kirk; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.
In addition to his parents, Bernard was preceded in death by his son, Bernard Wayne Kirk; and siblings, Bruce Kirk and Beverly Cottrill.
Bernard was a 1959 graduate of Southeastern High School and retired from Mead Paper Corporation after 30 years of service. In addition to being a strong family man, he was a lifetime farmer who loved antique tractors and had a large John Deere toy collection. Bernard was extraordinarily handy and talented.
