Barbara Kay Francis Barbara Kay Francis, 81, of Kingston, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born on October 8, 1937, in Circleville, the daughter of the late William and Grace (Goodman) Francis. Barbara is survived by her son, Park Allyn Francis, of Chillicothe; numerous special nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many special friends whom she cherished. Barbara graduated from Kingston High School and was an avid OSU Buckeye and Cleveland Browns fan. Arrangements have been entrusted to the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston.
