Ann Margaret Halley – Ann Halley, 79, of Chillicothe, passed away peacefully Wednesday afternoon at The Madison Senior Living Center in London, Ohio. She was born 11/30/1939 in Millwood, W.VA to John DeFord and Wonola Fauts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Halley. She is survived by a sister, Alma Groeber of Springfield, Ohio; sons, Rick (Barb) Halley, of Kingston, and Jeff (Julie) Halley, of Circleville; four grandchildren, Paige (Dan) Congrove, of Hallsville, Ohio, Travis Halley, of Chillicothe, Ohio, Amelia Halley, of Circleville, Ohio, and Harley Halley, of Charlotte, NC. She also had three great grandchildren: Lane, Hallie, and Luke Congrove; a niece, Jamie (Frank) Dettling, of Springfield; and nephew, Scott (Margarite) Groeber of Clearwater, Florida. The family would like to thank all of her friends for their kind thoughts and prayers during her short illness. Per her wishes, there will be no funeral or services.
