I was blessed for 60 years to have John Karr as my Uncle John. We shared many, many great memories and just talked about some of those memories last Monday. He is now with his Dad, Mom, Brother, Sisters, especially my Mom, Anne. Our hearts go out to Ginger, Stacey, Dustin and all of our family at this difficult time. Uncle John was a great man and will be missed! He is at peace now.

Ginger, Stacey, and Dustin - My heart aches for you. I know one day you will find comfort in knowing the amazing man you were privileged to call husband and dad (and me, Uncle Johnny) is finally living in the pain-free peace he so deserves.

RIP JOHN. MY DAD IS WAITING FOR YOU SOME WHERE UP THERE. YOU TWO WERE SUCH GOOD FRIENDS. HE ALWAYS SAID IF HE HAD EVER HAD A SON HE WOULD WANT HIM TO BE YOU! AND I UNDERSTAND WHY. WHEN WE LOST DAD YOU WERE RIGHT THERE WITH US. NOW YOU GUYS CAN CATCH UP ON OLD TIMES. THERE ARE SO MANY DUPONTERS ALREADY THERE, YOU GUYS WILL FIND PLENTY OF OLD BUDDIES TO TALK TO.

I'M SURE YOU WILL KEEP A WATCHFUL EYE ON YOUR FAMILY. LET THEM KNOW YOUR SPIRIT IS THERE WITH THEM. SEE YOU SOME DAY AGAIN, MY FRIEND. SO LONG FOR NOW.

I worked with John in the early 90's when I started at Dupont. It was sad to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his family. He used to love giving me a hard time but it was all in good fun. I know he will be missed.
